At Comic Nation, we offer customers the opportunity to place presale orders for upcoming comic books and receive a 10% discount on their order when placed before FOC. FOC, or Final Order Cutoff, is the date set by publishers for retailers to submit their final orders for an upcoming comic book release. By offering this discount, we incentivize customers to place their orders early, which helps us better manage inventory and ensure that we have sufficient stock to fulfill orders.

The FOC date for all publishers is Sunday, and we encourage customers to place their presale orders before this deadline to take advantage of the discount. In addition to the discount, we also offer Comic Nation currency, which can be redeemed for future back issue or presale orders. This currency is earned through qualifying purchases and is a way for us to reward our loyal customers and encourage them to continue to shop with us.

Presale Policy: All presale orders will be processed and shipped between one to six business days after the release date of the comic book. The shipping date of your order is determined by the date the book is released by the publisher. We will keep you informed of the release dates and shipping times throughout the process. If you have ordered multiple items, including pre-sale items, we will hold your entire order until all items are available to ship together.

Comic Condition Guarantee: We take great care in handling and shipping our comic books to ensure that they arrive in excellent condition. Upon arrival, all books are immediately bagged and boarded by associates wearing gloves to protect the books. We guarantee that the books are in 9.0 VF/NM or better condition.

Presale Comics Received as Damaged from Supplier: If we receive any damaged comics from our distributor, we will make a claim with that distributor. You will be kept up to date on the replacement status. Once replacements are received, your order will be shipped. If no replacements are made available to us, you will be offered the damaged comics or a full refund.
